Venice hotel recommendations for 1 night

Anniversary trip - 1 night in Venice and 2 nights in lake Garda. Lake Garda hotel sorted so just Venice to sort. Because of the travelling we need it to be convenient for the train station but still central to all the main attractions. Needs to include breakfast. Max budget £150. Any recommendations?!

Maybe a bit over budget, but Hotel Al Codega is good. Close to Rialto, and only 2 stops from the station on the main vaporetto line (just tap your debit card, and board).
Standard rooms are small, but fine for one night.
Old-fashioned Venetian style, tucked into a quiet courtyard. A completely fantastic buffet breakfast - never seen anything like it in a small hotel.
You can easily walk to all the main sights.
If you are flying into Venice, hotel will book a private water taxi transfer - ditto for the return trip. It's about €170, but you must do it because it's the most fabulous way to travel (and no faff!).

Just to add, £150 is probably not going to cover central Venice. And don't forget there will be city tax on top.... I think it's €9 per person, oer night.
