Cashback, codes and discounts driving me nuts

I am in the process of booking a holiday. We are on a budget, and I spent forever searching for the best deals and combinations to make it affordable. We are getting a ferry and eurocamp style holiday.
I booked the accommodation today, but forgot to use my clubcard vouchers.
Now I need to book the ferry, but can't work out whether to use my clubcard vouchers or cashback sites and discount codes, as you can't do both.
I then thought I could use my clubcard vouchers to eat out one day instead, but now I am reading reviews saying they are not worth it when you get 241 offers etc etc.
I know I am overthinking it all. Really the difference in costs at the end of the day doesn't matter enough. But it drives me mad when I miss out on a deal or feel I have thrown money away. Is anyone else like this?

I hear you, it's an extra layer of admin on every flipping thing.

And trying to work out what permutations of codes/cashback sites/vouchers is actually most worthwhile and how ripped off you're getting anyway is irritating.

Yes, put it much better than I did. I spent so much time on this, and now I am annoyed at missing out on what works out at about £12!
