No idea. The seeming total news blackout is hardly likely to reassure the public. This is a mistake in my view. More information should be given.
The local MP is urging people "not to speculate" (more to get her name in the news than for any other reason, I suspect).
If any trouble breaks out, I think the authorities will only have themselves to blame.
