Blurry gallery photos since iOS update

Has anyone noticed that some of their photos new and old are blurry/very poor resolution now in gallery.
I can’t quite work out why it’s happening or what to do about it.

Are they on iCloud? Mine are blurry whilst they download but always have been

It’s really random. They’re on iCloud but some are old and some are new. It doesn’t seem to be that. Thank you though.
