I’m a BIG peach or pineapple Haribo fan but I’m currently addicted to this bag of what can only be crack cocaine. I’ve eaten FAR too many recently

I love proper haribo cola bottles but I can rarely find just bags of those, so during lockdown I bought a 1.5 kg bag off amazon.

Didnt sound that much when I ordered them (and espresso martinis may have been involved), me and the kids were utterly sick of the bloody things by week three!

Didnt touch them again until last year!

Notname · 02/02/2026 22:27

Sainsbury own brand fizzy fangs. Also loved nerds clusters but think I’ve eaten enough to put myself off them now 😳

Helprequiredagain · 02/02/2026 22:28

Beer bottles. Love them.

Finchleee · 02/02/2026 22:29

Another haribo supermix fan here. I love the milk bottles and the little people. I bought a bag of haribo jelly babies thinking they’d be the same but no! I also like the Asda pick and mix bags for the surprise element.

RumNotRun · 02/02/2026 22:31

The website AQuarterOf is fantastic for getting proper traditional sweets. Aniseed balls, cola cubes, Tom thumb drops, rhubarb and custard...

SharpWriter · 02/02/2026 22:33

I don't know what they're called, but the pink or cream sugar mice from the Tesco pic n mix stand. In fact the whole of the Tesco pic n mix stand. I could eat buckets of the stuff.

Cupboarddoorknob · 02/02/2026 22:33

Agree re Haribo supermix, deffo the best Haribo.
individual sweets wise I like:
milk bottles
foam bananas & shrimps
squishies / or is it squashes
teeth & toothbrushes

CraftyNavySeal · 02/02/2026 22:34

Tangfastic, Maoam, Skittle sours, the red tubes with white inside (cables?), any fizzy long things. Percy Pigs!

I rarely buy any of these because I would inhale the bag.

whattheysay · 02/02/2026 22:35

Jelly beans and spar meerkats. Also picked up some bebeto fruit twists one day they were lovely

These. Typically found in European supermarkets.

I have a craving now!!

Oh these are FANTASTIC! I’ve just moved from a European city to the U.K. last week and already miss the weird and wonderful Haribo!

My dad LOVES jelly beans! But he just grabs a handful and chews all together instead of each flavour individually. Fucking savage

Absolute savage!

I once sat and sorted my jelly beans on a big plate into little piles of each flavour….. the teenager walked past, stuck his finger in the middle and swirled them all round.

Bastard.

TwoHoots74 · 02/02/2026 22:43

Squashies. The original flavour of nerds gummy clusters

Karpel · 02/02/2026 22:44

My number one fave is fruity smiley faces that you only seem to be able to get at the cinema. They’re about the size of a 10p piece. Usually probably been sitting there for a year or two so they’ve gone a bit hard. But I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. Worth taking a mortgage out to buy cinema sweets. If anyone knows where I can buy some, pleeeease let me know.

Failing that, I’ll take some giant strawbs, or fizzy strawberry or apple cables, or rhubarb and custards, or jazzies.

GellerYeller · 02/02/2026 22:51

Haribo strawberry softies. The foamy white things dusted in red sugar.
They also used to do twisted cables in rainbow stripes(not the sour strips)which were incredible.
I had a phase of Tropical Tots and Tangy Tots too but I’m still cross they’re gum drop shaped now and not flat.

buttery8 · 02/02/2026 22:53

Squashies, swizzles double dip. Love drumsticks but try to avoid for my teeth 🙈

The smiley faces are unreal! Tesco pick n mix has them and I fill the full tub with them, red, purple and green are defo the best flavours! 😂

I also love Squashies sour shooting stars, they aren’t sour but taste amazing! I am the biggest Haribo fan though and love all of the different ones u get abroad, it’s worth a holiday just for them!

HereintheloveofChristIstand · 02/02/2026 23:10

I bought DH a box of 800 fizzy cola bottles for Christmas

Tonissister · 02/02/2026 23:12

Vegan meercats from The Grape Tree. I'm not even vegan, but they are the perfect fruity chewiness.

I like jelly babies but can eat 800 calories worth before I've even tipped them into a bowl to share around.
