I'm paying a mobile provider for calls, text and data, so why am I having to make calls through WiFi?

It's a piss take isn't it? Why is there fuck all mobile infrastructure? These companies have been getting loads of money from us for years. How come we can't make phone calls?

It was OK until the switch off, BTW. It affected 4G.

My provider Tesco mobile used to be ok but now is dreadful and I’ve had to buy a separate phone with an EE sim in pay as you go to use in places I can’t get a signal with my usual phone.
