Vinted item not what was listed

I bought something listed BNWT - it has arrived obviously used with a piece missing.
It seems I have to pay return postage but this seems bizarre and unfair - can anyone confirm?

There's a Facebook group about Vinted scams and there seems to be no end of people reporting things like this. I'd have a look or have a chat with AI to see what you should do. This is why I decided not to sell or buy on Vinted as it seems a massive headache.
