I've been a long time buyer on Vinted and overall have had a positive experience, but over the past few months, I've moved over to the other side and have been selling a few bits too.
The rudeness I just can't get over! The random, sharp questions. No please, no thank you when you go out your way to help answer their question. It really pisses me off!
I am always polite when speaking with sellers. It doesn't take much does it? Just a "Hi, can you tell me x,y and z please? Thanks". Lands better than, for example a message I just received - "measurements". I'm assuming that was a question and not just a random statement 🤔
This is clearly just an evening rant, but thought I'd share with you all 😂
