I thought about putting this in work but thought I might get more responses in chat.
I have a mid-year review meeting tomorrow with my manager.
I work as a trainer so 95% of the time working alone either from home or onsite at various client sites.
I have met all my targets except helping sales as I generally do 5 day courses from 9-5 so not available.
I have the highest perfoming/ satisfaction and pass rate for my course in the company.
I've also gone above and beyond with my grade. I've acted as a mentor to others, am the SME for my course and gave rewritten the course and had it accredited. I also deliver other non exam courses ( some of which i dont like)
What do I speak about?
Id like to move up a grade.
