Did I sell a damaged item on vinted ?

So I bought a jacket from Zara it was £49.99 before Christmas.
Decided I have enough jackets so sold it for £26
Posted the next day and the buyer received it and opened a dispute.
She said it was damaged ,the damage was one cuff on the sleeve was looser than the other.
Now I noticed zero “damage “ before posting and it was never worn.
I said she can return at her own cost.
She said no she would keep it…but now she’s left me rubbish feedback saying I sent a damaged item.

No, she’s probably just trying to scam you. There’s nothing wrong with it so she was probably hoping you’d offer it for free or much reduced. I think you can reply to feedback as well so might be worth trying to do that to explain.
