Vinted refund

I’ve received the tattiest pair of joggers ever, size 8-10 but more like 14-16 and just drop on me. Completely misold. The seller has offered a refund but do I have to pay? If so it’s hardly worth it as I paid 5 for them but still unfair as was sold as good condition and the wrong size

Yes, you have to pay for the return, that's in Vinted Ts & Cs. If you think the item was missold, then you can raise an issue assuming you haven't already clicked the "Everything is OK" button.

Could you not see the condition and the label size in the listing photos?

Also do not accept to pay the postage. Watch out for it. I’ve been sold a kids Christmas jumper marked as very good condition and it came all covered in pilling, misshaped and horrible looking. The photos were made from further away and description said it’s in a very good condition. I then said the item is not okay. The seller asked to return the item but I’ve not noticed I had to pay the postage. I was really frustrated, contacted Vinted, but they said because I accepted to pay a postage, they could not do anything about it. So I posted same day as I didn’t want to have it. Think you’d need to raise a complaint with Vinted, make photos of the item you received to show it was wrongly described etc
