Airline seat iPad attachment

On a recent easyJet flight, a fellow passenger had their iPad mounted on the seat in front and I couldn’t see any straps or clips or anything. Just appeared to float there as though attached by magnet.

Can anyone recommend a case or mount that would do this? Hunching over my iPad on the tray table is uncomfortable and terrible for my neck!

Did they not just tuck the case into the seat pocket?

I prop mine up on the table using my phone to keep it up and stop slipping.

Search “the flight flap” on Amazon etc.

My kids have suckery things on phones that would work on an upright table.

As above, I just tuck the case flap into the seat pocket, works well

Reckon that would work with the right airline seat. This plane didn’t have the pocket and the tablet just appeared to snap on without obvious attachment. I wish I’d asked!

i can use me case stand on the table but it’s so low and it would be great to have it eye level like a long haul flight

All the planes I have been in the seat pocket is around my knees. That wouldn't work.

Some planes do have a sort of document pocket on the back of the headrest. A recent BA domestic flight did. EasyJet didn’t. I started to wonder whether the seat was magnetic!
