Help!!! Do I have an infestation?

There are 7-8 of these on the wall of my bathroom near my sink. They’re small (about 0.3-0.4 cm long i’d say), can fly but don’t unless threatened. Saw one coming out of the overflow hole. ChatGPT says drain flies but obviously don’t want to take its word for it. Could it be related to food/clutter - have messy/slobby kids?

Drain flies. Not a major issue, chuck 1 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup baking soda down the drain (together). Clears out the drain and thus their habitat. Worked for me, haven’t seen them since
