Coping with newborn nights

Second baby so know what they’re like but I’m struggling to not think in the day about the unpredictably of the night.
Even when baby sleeps I find myself feeling anxious about the next wake up.
is anyone else the same!?

I really struggled, too.
It wasn't until over a year later I realized I must've also had ppd.
My tip is to really sleep when baby does. Do not attempt to multi-task.
My baby just turned 2, and my first is now 4.
It was brutal for a good while, but did get better.
In retrospect it was rather comedic one night when baby woke up crying, I was changing a diaper then my 2 year old woke up crying, scared that baby was crying, and each made the other cry harder. I didn't know which way to turn. 😵‍💫
