Independent pension advice

I am going out of my flipping mind trying to get independent financial advice on my pensions. When you Google independent financial advice all of these nationwide companies come up that put you in touch with a financial advisor, but they're all restricted to certain products.

I've spoken to two people now where I was under the impression that they were independent but actually they are what is called 'restricted', which means that they have links to particular companies I'm finding this so frustrating has anyone else found this?

What do you want to know? Someone here may be able to help.

Look at the unbiased site as they're all independent and not tied. Obviously they all have their preference on providers and products but they wouldn't get commission from them as such for recommending them.
