I recently started a new job- fairly similar to my old job but a step up and more money. I've not been wowed by it so far but early days.
Annoyingly, my dream job has just been advertised. Is there any point in applying given that I've only been in my current role for a few weeks? I am very well qualified for the dream job and don't have a history of moving a lot- I've been in most roles for 5-6 years, with my shortest role being 2.5 years.
