Baby with poor latch and spitting up

My third baby is now 12 weeks. At birth I was told he didn't have tongue tie. I'm breast feeding him (like I did the other babies) and his latch is super narrow. I can hear him taking in air. It then turns out he did have tongue tie but this wasnt noticed until he was 11 weeks. He is putting on weight amazingly but he is being so sick constantly. I got tongue tie sorted but struggling to get him to have a better latch as he managed fine before to get the milt albeit with loads of air. Because he is putting on weight no one seems to be concerned but it's getting me so down that he is so sick because he clearly has too much air in each feed. It's making me want to give up breastfeeding. Any advice or help welcome to any ideas if the sick is due to something else. He is very content and happy, the sickness doesn't even upset him but it's alot. Thanks

My little girl didn't have a tongue tie, but we were sent to A and E because of the constant projectile vomiting. She was a total butterball and gaining weight really well. Turns out she was just a piggy, and guzzling so much she then vomited it up again. And then went back for more. She got less sicky around eight months I think when she got more interested in food.
