Bought a coat on Vinted advertised as vgc, £25 including fees and shipping.
Lovely coat but both pockets coming unstitched top and bottom. Not easily fixable. So I raised a query, seller offered me £5 discount, I declined. Vinted sent me a returns label, I posted same day.
For whatever reason it took 10 days to get to the seller's pick up point. The seller then failed to pick up and it's been returned to me. Got a message from the seller saying she was on holiday but no indication of any further action.
So my question is who is supposed to do what now? I still want my money back but see no way of initiating a next step from my end. All I have is a track parcel link on the listing. Any advice?
