Is Botox making me more Zen?

I had some Botox in my forehead to smooth out some lines and my 11's a few weeks ago and as it has kicked in I've noticed I feel less anxious and maybe a bit less emotional and my metal state has been a bit more objective i.e. I'm less likely to spiral into negative thinking loops. I've found it a bit easier to just get on with things like I've had a massive clear out I've been putting off for years over the past few days and am just persisting with things in a way I previously found quite difficult.

Has anyone else found this?

Do you suffer from headaches or migraines OP? Botox is used for migraine prevention so it may be contributing to that clear headed feeling.

My friend is a top dermatologist and she says her clients are less
depressed as a result

@FeministThrowingAPrincessParty No I only get an occasional headache. A friend of mine has Botox for migraine and it took a several months for it to really start working to reduce their headaches. This effect has been quite quick. I would also say the odd sensation of a frozen forehead isn't quite what I'd describe as clear headed but perhaps that will come.

@Ilovecheeseyah That is really interesting, it does feel like something is going on.
