What little jobs are on the to-do list in your house?

You know, the ones that you know needs doing, but never quite reach the top of the list in the minutiae of life <sigh>

We've got a droopy shower head.
It's in the main bathroom so it's not essential to be fixed as we all tend to use the big shower in the ensuite.
It's probably a really quick fix but... 🤷‍♀️
The upstairs landing walls also need touching up, again - we have the paint and brushes...

Cleaning the oven.

Not exactly little but painting the whole house 😭 we’ve only been here a month and had it all replastered but between toddlers and running a business we just can’t find the time to get it done.

Bathroom door architrave has been waiting two years for me to paint it. New internal doors downstairs have been waiting nearly a year to be painted. The kitchen ceiling needs patching and repainting after new light fitting (only a couple of weeks waiting).

I keep meaning to tackle to dust and grime behind the tele... And the skirting in the sitting room needs a deep clean. Ive bought new shelving for my CDs but they are still in cardboard boxes under the tele.

Oh I totally get the painting dilemma.
It's one of those jobs you wish you'd never started as once you start one room, it just shows up how grubby everywhere else is!

I need to clean the inside of my windows. I ordered one of those Karcher things - and still it sits in the box.

I live alone and my weekend is a fun packed round of cleaning the entire house and washing. The thought of tackling the windows too is just too much!

I have patches of paint missing on the doors where they get grubby, when we catch them to stop them slamming, and they have been cleaned frequently. They need painting, which probably means repainting the whole door.

there are some bits of the house that need cleaning that don't get done very often (the bits that don't show)

We need to get somebody in to clean the oven. We have that done once a year (usually)

It's probably time to wash the cushion covers again.

Otherwise just the usual... cleaning, tidying, washing, cooking
