Currently going through a horrendously stressful time. Details not important really, a bunch of family, work and life stuff all happening. I've fainted twice this last week. At first I thought for no reason but actually both times the stress had built and I was feeling like my mind was going a million miles an hour. My mind is going. I stared at my monitor at work all day, frozen. Did no work, even though work is very busy right now. My blood pressure is either really low or through the roof. I have a 1 year old that still wakes once in the night so sleep is not great. I can't just go for a spa day and it wouldn't help, i would just think of all the things I need to do and not doing. I threw up my dinner tonight, it was stress, I should have not eaten. None of my responsibilities will be easing any time soon.
How do I relax? I'm beyond a glass of wine and a bath stage.
