Does anyone need a friend

Am desperate to make a female friend. I have acquaintances but no one I can message regularly and share things with. Is anyone interested? Am in my mid 50s but happy to get to know anyone of any age?

I'm free for regular messaging. I have acquaintances and 'work friends' but I never feel I can message them out of work or where I usually see them as I always feel like I'm being a nuisance. I'm early 40s, two teenagers, parents with dementia and sometimes wonder how I'm staying sane.

@Halfblindbunny Thanks for replying. Glad it’s not just me! Have been through the teenage years and the parents with dementia so have an understanding of the challenges.

Also free for chats if you like! Late forties and working, happily married with no kids but have an elderly parent. Most of my friends are busy with preteens or teens and I don't get to see or chat much to them anymore.

I don’t know if there are any subscription charges, I just use it for my voluntary role, but consider using Skred to chat to people you meet online as you then don’t need to share personal details 🙂

Id like to join a chat but weary of strangers on the internet, not that I'm saying you are dodgy or anything! But a safe space online could work as @familyissues12345 suggested.
