Does anyone have a child with teeth fused together?

Very niche… I know.
Had my suspicions that’s baby DDs top tooth looked to small, not like her other front tooth.
Routine dentist appointment for older DD and I asked him to take a look and he agreed it didn’t look quite right and thinks the incisors are fused together at the top/didnt form properly.
Have attached pictures for reference, sorry for the low quality.
Anyone experienced anything similar with their kids? Were the rest of their milk teeth/adult teeth ok?
Thank you

No pics yet but most of the time the permanent teeth are fine. Even if there arnt then there's lots can be done and by the time she's an adult you'd never know. Try not to panic. X

My child had a couple that were fused but separated before their 4th birthday by themselves. The dentist said that’s pretty common and nothing to worry about.

My sister had this. Her lateral incisor did not grow. The dentist filed her canine and you'd never notice. When your baby is older, they'll be able to have an xray to see if all adult teeth are present.

Yes!
I had a fused canine/incisor as a milk tooth, but two separate teeth as adult teeth.
My DM had the same, but only one adult tooth.
My DD has the same as me, fused incisor/canine milk, 2 separate adult teeth.
My DS had 4 front incisor, and a fused extra incisor/canine milk teeth. He has 4 adult incisor and a fused canine/extra incisor. When he is bigger, he will be offered a white filling/cap to fill the gap, if he doesn't like the look of it, or if it is difficult to keep clean.

For my son, his fused tooth, when it fell out clearly had two nerve centres. My DD, her fused milk tooth only had one.

Yep DS had the exact same - he is missing one of the 4 bottom teeth so is getting braces at 13 to close the gap and maybe get a bridge if there is still a gap
