Vinted Help - Locker Empty

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone had any advice on how to deal with this? Got a message to say my parcel was ready to collect at the locker, but the locker was empty. Have checked with the shop it's next to and they don't have it. Have raised it with Vinted, but is there anything else I should be doing? I'd rather have my parcel but if not I want my money back. Is that likely?

What did you do on the locker screen when it asked you to confirm collection?

All lockers have cameras so they will be able to check and see it was empty, and that when you opened it you didn't take anything out. Might take a while but you'll get your money back.

You'll definitely get your money back if it's lost. Hope you get your parcel though!

Thanks all, that's really helpful, hadn't thought about there being cameras! I don't think there was anything to press on the screen that indicated that I could say my locker was empty? I'll have to check next time I collect one.
