What do you do at lunchtime?

If you wfh what do you do at lunchtime? I get an hour and generally have something to eat, watch the news, Mumsnet (obviously!!), sometimes walk the dog and maybe do a bit of housework like put a load of washing in. Very very occasionally I’ll have a shower and wash my hair.

I should probably try and be more productive!

I get 30 minutes and do nothing, deliberately. It's a break from work, I'm not taking on more work of a different kind.

I don't think you need to be productive at all - it's a break. I eat, scroll on phone, maybe stick some laundry on / hang it up, wash dishes. Nothing exciting!

I don't have a fixed time or duration so it depends how long i've got, what the weather is like, how hungry I am etc..... Some days I eat my lunch at my desk while browsing the internet (yes, today!!), go for a walk, short run, squeeze in a trip to the gym, do some laundry, unload the dishwasher, do stuff like renewing car insurance, pay credit card bill etc.....
