Quick advice needed! Would you go to this meeting?

I have a doctors appointment this morning at 9.10. The doctors is about 15 mins away from my workplace . I also have a whole staff meeting at 8am lasting half an hour. I could technically go into work, attend the meeting and then go to the doctors. But I’d like to just go in after the doctors. Nobody will notice if I’m not in the meeting and people do sometimes miss it if they’re late for work. WWYD?

If nobody will notice , do what’s convenient for you.

I’d be notifying that I have a medical appointment and will miss the meeting .. can I have a summary on my return or will it be recorded . No need for anything else .
