Instagram help please!

So I opened an Instagram account.

Have got a few followers, but don’t know how to do another post😂

All I see is upload a photo, and I just want to say something. Do you have to upload a photo every time?

Yes. That is the point of that platform. Maybe threads or Bluesky might suit you better?
