I’m looking for recommendations for a holiday park in Devon/cornwall/Somerset for the summer hols.
I’m really tempted by Ladram Bay but what puts me off is there is only 1 restaurant on site and there doesn’t look to be much within walkable distance to go out for a mooch, dinner etc in the evenings unless we drive, but would like to be able to have drink.
Looking for:
Walking distance of a town/harbour
Indoor and outdoor pool with slides ideally
Stuff to do onsite in the day
Nearby attractions to visit
On/near the beach.
Places we have been so would not want to go again:
Perrranporth
Brixham
Woolacombe
(we loved Brixham and Woolacombe btw so that sort of vibe for towns would be great)
