Returning a car to Cinch when agreement ends - experiences?

I’m due to return my car to Cinch after 4 years fairly soon and looked online but can’t find much in terms of reviews of how the process goes? How are they in terms of penalising for wear and tear etc? The car is in ‘fine’ condition, but I haven’t had it serviced… 😬

Any experiences would be helpful! Do they just take it away, or am I embarking on a painful process?

You will need to have all your paperwork up to date but I would contact them for specifics, should be on your contract
