Sweet shapes are so odd

Worms, prawns, mushrooms, teeth...such odd choices

Pondering the big questions this evening

I’ve never thought about this and now I have I totally agree… might not look at them in the same way now!

Were there some bug shaped ones years ago with liquid goo inside?

Bursting Bugs! I loved them when I was a student.

I used to love the chewing gum shaped like golf balls that you could get from the ice cream van.

Yesterday we got cola flavoured elk heads in ikea.

Ohhh they were good.

I remember watching a tv show about confection years ago and they said they had discovered that sweets in the shapes of anything do do with mouth, lips, teeth, dummies etc always sold really well and they don’t know why! I always thought that was quite interesting.

I’ve never thought about it, but yes! Who first pondered what to do with pink and white chocolate and thought… mice.

I think I’ve read somewhere that jelly babies were first marketed with an awful slogan about biting children’s heads off.
