Most of mine are not circle-shaped. According to NHS, there's no mention of needing to be in full circle: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/moles/
You can always ask your GP to check if you're worried

If it's really causing anxiety and it's a option - there are mole/skin clinics where you they can check single/full body checks

Where I live I don’t have anything like that apart from a private hospital which I can’t afford

Listen to your GP and delete TikTok!!! There’s people on there that encourage all sort of awful behaviour, it’s not exactly the holy grail for information!!

I agree you should listen to the GP and not TikTok!! They look fine, it's good to keep an eye on moles, obviously, but this seems to be an anxiety problem. I hope the CBT helps you cope with your health anxiety.

OP please listen to your GP and stop looking at tik tok, it's just fuelling your health anxiety. Your moles look fine. I hope the CBT helps you 🙏

You've seen your GP. All is well. Believe it.

I have that it was a liver spot, nothing to do with liver just the name. Benign spot and advised nothing to worry about, I got mine during and after pregnancy. Check with your GP if you need further clarity.

I've had numerous moles for decades, since I was very young. It is completely normal. I never look at them or think about them. You need to find a way to manage your anxiety, OP, because that is your actual issue here.

(And get off Tiktok, for goodness sake!).
