No idea where to put this so chat it is!
I’m trying to change the date of a driving test. I get the Testi app notification of a date that suits, I immediately go on the app but the verification (picking out photos in a grid) is three stages and then by the time the dvla page loads the new slot is gone. I can’t see a ‘help’ feature on the app but is there some sort of way to bypass the verification process? I mean it has my details and test date on the app I don’t know why I need to authenticate my identity each time. Thanks.

Biggest waste of money ever, I paid for it and never once got a new test.

Like you, I'd follow the process and it never worked.

Have you approached the driving instructor to change dates etc, my DD's changed hers as we had no hope!

Thanks no - it’s my DD taking her test in a new location (near uni) and doesn’t have an instructor there yet. I actually did manage to change it once but now need to change it again (🙄). I’d hand this over to her but as notifications come at any time she can’t really do it. They really need to sort out more testers or something.
