Who do I contact after rejection (cancer treatment)

In 2020 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Informed that I will get a mammogram every year for 5 years.
2021 had my first November
2022 second November
2023 didn't have one as the machine was broken so I had to wait until January 2024.
2025 had my fourth. January
Also I received a letter in July 2024 that I will get a telephone appointment for the yearly consultation in 2025
this didn't happen.
Last August I contacted the secretary about the letter and she informed me that there is a backlog of letters.

Yesterday I spoke again to the secretary who told me that I have now been discharged as I've had the mammograms and the consultation.
I explained everything above and she just repeated I'm discharged.
I do take a tablet every day until 2031.

I think it's wrong but who do I get to listen to me.

Call the Breast Screening Unit and ask to speak to the Breast Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist( CNS)

PALS or the hospital's complaints procedure would be another option

Also contact the hospital oncology clinical lead to feedback this issue. The secretary should have been able to help regardless of the letters backlog, and perhaps the secretary needs an update on patient follow up timelines and who to signpost patients to if they're unable to resolve the issue

@BeautifulSongsofLovei phoned back this morning and spoke to another secretary she was so helpful and apologetic. She has arranged for me to speak to the doctor on Wednesday morning.
Regarding the mammogram I spoke to the CNS who was not very helpful. It seems because I was in Tenerife in 2023 that's classed as refusing the screening. When I again explained how could I physically get there as their machine was not available either until January 2024. After a further few words she is going to TRY and get me in February.
I have told her that I'm speaking to the consultant on Wednesday and I'll be bringing it up or going to PALS.
Will see what happens in February.
