Evening folks - hope your Friday night is going well so far. No work today but ended up being quite busy & I’m tired now. Tea is in the oven (battered cod & chips) - just have the beans to heat up. Just sold a Laura Ashley brolly on Vinted & plan to look through my wardrobe & drawers again later for any other bits to sell. Might put a couple of handbags on. Will watch Corrie (still getting used to the half hour episodes) & The Good Doctor.

Dh has just come home. His sister , coursin and their friend are here. Ds1 has phoned to see if anyone is home and if so he'll call in. Ds2 phoned about 20 mins ago to see if anyone fancies going to the pub with him and his girlfriend.

Just sat watching S3 of Trigger Point on the settee with doggo.

I've just fed the cat & DH is getting DC ready for bed. I'm going up to read them a story in a minute. There's a crowd of loud people walking up the street to a local pub.

Catching up on traitors. I’ve got my heated blanket on & the dog next to me. Blissful

DH has just gone out with some old mates. I am in charge of the remote control and after a difficult work week I'm just chilling. I had jacket potato (butter and cheese 😋 since you ask) for dinner. Am trying - and failing - to persuade one of the cats to come and sit on my lap.

Kids out at school pants, DH and I have just had dinner, DH getting a drink and heading up to his office to do some more work and I’m going to read and watch some tv - dog is pottering around hoping for a second dinner to miraculously appear…

I'm watching the new weird version of "Who wants to be a millionaire" whilst being annoyed with myself for going over my calories today because I couldn't resist the Roast Beef Monster Munch. DS1 is out with his GF. DS2 is revising for GCSEs (hopefully) and DH has decided to have a bath so we will not see him now for several hours.

It’s not even 3pm here and I’m back in bed, heated mattress pad on and a cup of tea. I walked 45 minutes, in the absolute bitter cold, to a market to get some barbecue for tea. When I got there, there was a sign saying they were on holiday this week.

Tonight we’re going to drop a gummy, order a Chinese and watch the Depeche a mode film on Netflix

The kids have just both gone to sleep, so we’ve got some wine and we’re just starting the third episode of heated rivalry.

DD baking ginger biscuits, I’m having a glass of fizz, DH watching cricket. Nice Friday night.

I've walked quite a bit and done a zumba class today. Just had a curry takeaway and waiting for Traitors while sipping a glass of Baileys which is left over from Christmas. Happy Friday everyone!

Very chill here tonight we have a full weekend of kids sports so I’m chilling where I can.

Not much. I'm pretending to work. Kids home from school in one hour. Wine will be opened shortly. Dinner is already sorted.

Evening all, I'm recovering from a hysterectomy I had earlier this week, now back at home, mainly resting but up and about when I can and surprised and pleased joe mobile I am.

waiting for dd to finish in the bath so we can all watch traitors together. Had filled pasta and home made sauce for tea care of DP.

Watching final series of Stranger Things I a bit lost being honest!

Bit of a boring night in our house. DS18 was unsurprisingly gaming. after we listened to the charts, dd 13 disappeared to her room to video call her friends. My mum came home from work and went to her room. I played with the hamster for a bit, played some Hogwarts legacy on PlayStation and then watched some FBI, whilst replying to emails and such. DP returned home after taking my sister shopping, as she doesn’t drive and the shop is miles away from her house. howThen at half 9 I set up washing machine ready to put on In the morning, got the gammon out for dinner on Sunday as its giant and will take hours to defrost. Locked up outside. Took the dog out, got my stuff ready for work tomorrow and now I’m lying in bed scrolling mumsnet and just about to scroll archive of our own ☺️
