How JUST how can people be so cruel? WARNING..Extremely upsetting article re abuse

This is one of the most upsetting things I've read in a long time. It's a New York Post article regarding a young girl who was neglected for years by her evil parents.

I remember reading about this story before. There’s a special place in hell for her parents.

Meanwhile, the Titfords got less than half that for neglecting their disabled daughter until she died in horrendous circumstances. We should have long sentences like they do in New York.
