I am currently on a weight loss journey. Only a week in, but I feel like I’m in the zone and have the mindset to do it this time. I am trying to view it as a lifestyle change, not a “diet”. I have a bloody long way to go - I want to lose around 6.5 stone - so I have a journey ahead, but at least I’m on the right path now.
ANYWAY, the point of my post is that I am trying to increase my steps and I am considering buying a walking pad, so I can just walk when I am at home, watching the telly etc.
But there are so many online and I’d love some decent recommendations - don’t want to spend £££, but at the same time don’t want a flimsy piece of plastic that will stop working after a few days!
