Watch with timer

I would like to buy a watch with a visible timer function. I think a visible countdown might help me with my time blindness I’d be grateful for some recommendations.

Don’t about watches but can you just use your phone?

My Fitbit has a timer

Any watch with a stopwatch/countdown function will do it but a smartphone generally has it in Clock

The classic Casio and G-Shocks have watch, stopwatch and timer settings.

I probably should have explained in my post that I am trying to avoid using my phone because I get distracted. I’m on the waiting list for an ADHD assessment. I would like a basic watch that looks okay, but I can’t access Apps/messages then get distracted.
