Can't really tell from the photo, but if it helps I just so happened to have a canula for several hours today from 10am - 3pm and it looks like this now (inner elbow).
Also wondering why you ask!

Not true my partner's hand is hairy and hospital can only get a cannula in there. Same with me! When it's in my arm my whole arm swells up
