Where do small ladies buy their clothes?

I am a tiny person, but not to my advantage, in any way. I appreciate that many people are in the opposite field and think it must be fabulous to be slim, but it's impossible to find clothes that fit or that are flattering. Women's clothes seem to all need boobs, hips and a good-sized butt
I need some trousers for work and a Spring jacket. Going shopping is super stressful and leaves me upset because nothing ever fits. Zara used to be a good option, but they seem to have gotten larger and longer! I've tried the kids' range too, but to get the right length of sleeve or leg, the waist is too big.

I have wondered this recently. I am 5'7" and 10st, so in no way tiny. Recently I am finding I need a size 8 short. So no idea where actual small people shop, sorry.

I'd have said before a size 4-6, but going with todays sizes a size 2-4.
