E-Salon review

Just a quick heads up as there aren’t that many reviews around.

For the price I paid (£12) it wasn’t terrible hair dye. However, it ended up being much darker than I originally thought it would look like (I’m a dark brown and in theory ordered a light/medium golden copper brown. In the end I got a deep chestnut, very close to deep chocolate. My hair if anything, looks darker.

I’ve asked the customer support to give me the formula in numbers, but they dodged the question altogether, and offered me a free credit, however I’d rather just grow it out (or maybe use a colour remover, still haven’t decided).

So I think it’s worthwhile if you’re VERY clear about what you want in your comments. The quality is very good, so if you want to go darker, I think it’s probably a good to great product.

Hey!

thanks for the review, I have looked at this for a while…
did you choose a shade lighter than you normal?
im normally an 8 tone so not sure whether to go for a lighter?

Well my hair is virgin, so yes I did ask for a lighter shade than my natural hair colour.

I would definitely get ask for a level 9 (or even 10).

or when you place the order give them a call and explicitly tell them what you’re looking for.

Great product though! (As in how it’s non damaging)
