Can anyone please help me. Klarna refund, whats happened? Im awful at Maths

I owed roughly (all numbers approximate) £85 to Klarna, that was my balance.
I had recieved a refund of 37 on a separate ( to the 85) klarna purchase and chose to have it as klarna credit to pay off my balance further (rather than refund to card)

So i clicked on 3 seperate shop payments which Totalled £42 and paid those 3.

£37 used was my klarna balance and £5 went from my bank (only £5 has come out)

Immediately after my klarna balance went down to £43 as expected (paying 42 off a 85 blanace)

All good.

But i clicked on something else and my balance went up to £61

Im trying to explain to a klarna agent and they don't understand what I am saying.

Ive used 42 quid of my refund and bank money but my balance has only gone down by 20 add quid.

I have mild learning difficulties and am just confused!

So i paid off 2 things

1 - 21.99
2 - 20.67

So 42.66.
37 was my refund balance and 5.66 came out of my bank.

So 85 take 42.66 equals 42.34

And my balance went down to that.

But now it says £61?

That doesn't add up to me either.

Hi Klarna. I have today paid off £42 and my starting balance was £85. Why is my balance showing as £61. I expected it to be £43.

I would ask this OP.
