Alpro milk carton lids

How is one meant to open the lids of these alternative milks without spilling a lot of milk everywhere?

Am I doing something wrong?

Unscrew the cap? Or it works ok for us.

The screw top ones from the fridges or the ones with the pull off bit and flip top lid?

You have to pull the top off which takes a lot of force and milk always spills out. I do it over the sink for this reason.

Ah ok, yes they can be a bit annoying. Either buy the ones from the fridge which have much better screw tops, or you need to peel the plastic off from round the lid and lift the lid super slow. They aren't the best!

Thanks. Obviously not a major issue but annoying when it happens each time! I will look out for the screw top ones in future.
