Disappointed in my dp…

Turns out he’s not as interested, at 6.30 am, in the history of radical politics at York University in the 1960s as I thought he would be.

Nothing to tell really. He was getting ready to deliver the car to the garage for a service for 7.30. I was under a heated rug drinking tea and I wanted to tell him some interesting things I learned last night about the impact of the Spanish Civil war on the York University History curriculum. And he just wasn’t interested……
