Vinted seller help!

Hi, I posted in an inpost locker my most expensive item sold on Vinted, normally when you out it in the locker using the QR code immediately it sends details about it being sent to me and goths buyer. This didn’t. Cut a long story short, I raised a query and the transaction was suspended while an investigation is taking place. Today I’m told the transaction is cancelled and the buyer will get a refund. Nothing for me, they say I may have done it wrong! Which I didn’t. Vinted will not step down and I have no idea where the package is. The inpost locker location is shown as full, and has been for at least two weeks. Anyone else have this experience and if so what happened. Any useful help is appreciated. This sale was £85. Or do I have to accept its money lost? Thanks

Did you ring inpost from the locker as they can open them remotely.

They may not do it now as time has passed and they may have been emptied and refilled.

Also I think you would have only been covered for £20 compensation with inpost - you would need to check the T&Cs. (It may have changed but it was £20 last time I looked)

You could try vinteds legal dept - legal @ vinted .co . uk (without the spaces)
