All this talk of Brooklyn Beckham has made me nostalgic for the Spice Girls.

Their first hit Wannabe was 1996 😱 I bought their first album via Britannia, delivered to my door 😅

Scary Spice Mel B was my favourite, she was gorgeous back then.

What a life they've led though. Mel C has spoken openly about an eating disorder, Mel B was in a violent marriage. Geri is married to a rich man who's known for being a sleaze and Victoria, well 😓 Only Emma seems to have survived well.

I recall watching MTV with my lad mates back then, the video for “Say You’ll Be There” came on. It was all Geri & Victoria. One said Emma. Not Mel B or Mel C. I remember noting it!
