last summer i stopped taking fluoxitene after a few years . I was fine until the end of november but then what i assume are anxiety symptoms started kicking in and by end of dec i eas a wreck constant panic attacks just feeling really crazy and couldnt stay still. I had to wait until after a small op i was having but at christmas i restarted the fluoxitene. So im week 3 ish now.

my god i feel awful constant feeling of just my skin crawling , like i just want to scream, what i think are adreneline surges and so many aches and pains in my legs and bottom(!) espeically. I feel sick and cant face eating.

i know fluoxitene takes weeks to kick in but this is extreme and ive no idea where to go for help. As i dont feel suicidal etc just really phyiscally unwell. I went to the walk in a few days ago sayimg i felt off and she told me i have a uti and gave me antibiotics but i reallt dont think thats it!

any advice is appreciated as this is just hell.

Hi, I started on this a few months ago due to anxiety and was also prescribed a beta blocker to help settle things down a bit while waiting for it to kick in. There might be something your GP could give you to help in the meantime?

Anxiety is so so horrible to live with, I hope things improve soon for youm
