Does Mcvitie's do individual packs of the two biscuits I circled in blue? The shortcake type ones. I couldn't find them in a big Tesco or Sainsbury’s.

Yes. Shortcake and the round ones are called shorties. Most biscuit companies do them

I found shorties but those packs had raisins :( Evil crinkly little monsters

Those would be fruit shortcake. They do make the plain ones. I get them in Tesco all the time.
