*advice* unemployed ex boyfriend sees kids 6 nights a month

So my ex 31, is unemployed and lives with his mum only had his kids 6 nights a month. It used to be 8 but he cut it down temporarily for 6 weeks because of new meds (it’s now been 1 year LOL) and on those nights he cuts down he literally goes out drinking or slips up in conversation. I don’t even argue it anymore because he’s a narcissist and gaslighter so it’s not worth my mental health anymore. We have 2 kids.

Well he sounds like a shit dad and not someone I'd want my kids around so I'd count that as a win.

What kind of advice are you looking for? He’s a fucking loser, obviously, but there’s nothing you can do about that!
