I ordered a part for the boiler on recommendation of the plumber.
Part number and where from.
Received an email yesterday to say it's being delivered this afternoon.
Tracked parcel.
I live in Cheshire. It's not arrived so I've checked the tracker number.
It says it's in Chelmsford and has been delivered.
It turns out that the mail office has an address with my town in the name.
And there is a street with

DOes your email order confirmation show you entered the correct address?
If so then it is the sender's problem
Tell them it was sent to the wrong address and therefore you've not received it.
They need to rectify, and send a 2nd one to the right adddress.

If you entered the wrong address when you ordered - that then is your problem to resolve.... bit more tricky.

Yes it has the correct address. I emailed the company and they are going to send me another part.
