Can't find my magic ball to ask, so thought I would ask you mumsnetters.
Had an online interview today for very senior internal position.
Didn't do my best, felt there was so much more I could have said. Felt I was too "bouncy" and not professional enough!
Anyway going to be a couple of weeks before I hear the outcome as they have a few more to interview.
